Tennis Australia Commercial Kitchen
Each year, the Australian Open draws in nearly a million patrons, including thousands of corporate attendees & hundreds of players. In light of this, Tennis Australia must cater for thousands, and Simbuilt were proud to help.
Tennis Australia engaged Simbuilt to conduct a two-stage commercial kitchen upgrade prior to the commencement of the 2020 Australian Open. The upgrade included a 300 person function centre and two new commercial kitchens.
Tennis HQ's Level 8 office space was converted into a 300 person function centre, with a brand new pop-up commercial kitchen for VIP guests and corporate sponsors of the Founder’s Club.
Another commercial kitchen was built in the National Tennis Centre, to cater for all players at the tournament. Simbuilt upgraded the existing domestic kitchen to a full commercial kitchen, including hot & cold appliances and servery lines.
